I am wondering when do you usually find out when your rehersal date/time is?? I would like to start to make our rehersal dinner reservations but cant until I know when my rehersal is.

Also, for those of you who had a small wedding, we have about 35 guests do you invite all of the guests or just the people in the wedding party?

Thanks

Usually rehearsal is the day/night before the wedding. if you wanted to do a welcome party dinner then you can invite everybody to the rehearsal dinner but normally just the people who are in the wedding along with their spouses and children go to the rehearsal dinner.

It's totally up to you and how much you want to spend. We are having a Dessert Party/Welcome reception at Epcot the night before so we are just doing the immediate family and wedding party for dinner (11 people total) for dinner after the rehearsal and then heading over to Epcot.

Technically, the planners are not "allowed" to book the rehearsal until 30 days before the wedding. I asked our planner then how are we supposed to make restaurant reservations. She said to do what we wanted to around eating and let her know and they would work it out.

This is just what happened. I told her we wanted a morning breakfast for our rehearsal meal (we are doing Cape May Cafe). Our reservations are for 10:30 and she booked a 9:15 rehearsal at the Yacht Club Convention center. Talk to your planner and I am sure you can work something out.

As for who we are inviting. We are having 50 people at our wedding. The rehearsal will be bridal party only and for the meal we are inviting their significant others plus our immediate family. We are having 20 at the breakfast.

We are doing the bridal party + significant others and that's it. Not even grandparents which I kinda regret but oh well.

We have a morning rehearsal and just DF and I are going. We only have 30 people coming to the wedding the next day. The MOH, Best Man and Ring Princess will be briefed on what to do by the WP before the ceremony.

Just make reservations for what you want & then they work with you. If you are at the pavilion apparently they only book that 2 weeks prior.

For dinner, we had our bridal party-MOH & BM with spouses, parents & any other siblings. It worked out pretty well. I think we ended up with 12.
