Registering on Website

Is the Membership number the same as the Club ID that the website needs? I keep trying to use it with the temporary password they sent me but the website says my Membership number isn't a valid Club ID. The Membership number was included in a letter from DVC and we haven't gotten our Vacation Planner yet. Thanks!

No, the membership number is not the same as the Club ID. You should only need that Club ID one time to get registered.

Call MS. Tell the CM you are a new member & have your membership ID, but need help getting set up on the website. If that particular CM can't help you, he/she will transfer you to someone who can.
