We have annual pass and now wanting to register them on the disney site, my passholder card is the first pass type 1 on the disney site, but for some reason I can't seem to figure out what numbers to input, it keeps on saying error, can someone guide me through what to do? I know I must be really dense, please help!:worship:

I didn't change the the first code on the first line, thanks for "helping" me out lol

ok....so I was happy to find this thread because I am getting an "error" message too!! Ugh!!

I think I have entered all the info correctly.... but is the very last box asking for both the "tran" number and the "tkt" number ??? I have tried entering one number and then tried entering both numbers with no luck!! I keep getting an "error" message. Tried calling Disney 3 times looking for passholder help and when they transfered me I kept getting reservations again!!! Then called for website "tech" help and just sat on hold for at least 10 minutes.....:confused3

Any help would be appreciated.:thumbsup2

MrsBlovesDisney - went through this last week and it was very frustrating. I finally called and got reservations, the nice CM told me to totally skip the TRAN number and put the TKT number in the last box. It worked!! Hope it works for you too!

Glad for this info. I just tried to enter our pass yesterday and was getting an error too. Maybe it will work tonight without the tran number.

Wow Tracy - that was awesome! I had said the heck with it some 3 months ago after several frustrating failed attempts to register. Thanks.

Thanks so much!!! I have tried numerous times unsuccessfully over the past year to register my AP pass on the Disney website (and also spent many times on hold to get the solution, only to be transferred to reservations.) Thank you, thank you thank you for giving me the answer. I only have 1-1.2 months and 1 more trip to take advantage of using this website, but am so grateful for the answer. You guys are awesome!:cool1:

Yes it is confusing. When I enter the ticket number (skip the transaction number), I always add 00 and the two digit number (normally 2 digit). So just updated tonight and the ticket number is 48 so I entered 0048 and it worked fine. It did make my click the box that said update profile and then it took it. However, I wanted to renew, but that option is not coming up for me. We renew every year and I've never had a problem doing it. of course the price is going up Sunday, so I wanted to renew my AP that expires next month, but it won't let me online, so now I guess I have to call. I've always renewed online as it's much easier! ugh. I just hate the Disney website, whether it's the regular one, shopping one, or the Disney cruise one. They are just terrible. The passholder website really stinks. It's never updated and doesn't really provide much info.
