We are going on Sept. 29th and plan on spending the afternoon in the MK, having dinner at Tony's then going to the Halloween Party. I was thinking of letting the kids wear their comfortable clothes for the day and storing their Halloween costumes in a locker. Is there anywhere they can change to get ready for the party? I'm not sure if there are rules about changing clothes in a public restroom in Disney. :confused3 I'd hate to get thrown out of the park b/f the party!!! ;)

About the largest, roomiest restrooms in the MK are between City Hall and the Fire Station.
That's directly across the Town Square (Flagpole green) from Tony's.

Probably your best bet.

And, no, I've never seen a "don't change clothes in the restroom" sign, ever!

We alway bring a change of clothes for the kids in ziplock bags(they are great) if they get to wet on the water rides and have never had a problem with changing them in the MK or AKL park, I also bring a change of shorts for us old people (not that old) for the same reason. we keep the bags in a stroller.
hope this helps

I have done the same thing. In MK during the day in regular clothes. We store the costumes in a locker and get changed in the large restroom by City Hall. I go all the way to the back corner in the 2nd row of stalls. It was less crowded. I got some stares, but I was too excited to be going to the party that I didn't care one bit!!

We are doing the same thing. We have ADR's for 5:30pm at CP. I am going to get our costumes out of the locker before dinner and then change after dinner in the CP restrooms. They have decent restrooms and I don't have to worry about DD2 getting any food on her costume. It is not going to take that long to change, so I don't think it will be a big deal.

We are there on the 29th too!

That's what we did. We brought our costumes into CP when we went to dinner. After dinner, we went into the small bathroom and we got changed. Then we went and rented a locker and placed our regular clothes in there.
No Problem :thumbsup2
