Regal Sun Resort

I just got an e-mail from Book-it and it mentions the Regal Sun Resort which was the former Grosvenor. Has anyone stayed here and what did they think? I know there were numerous problems with the Grosvenor in regard to cleanliness, etc. I'm just wondering if the place has been totally redone and what it's like. We need to stay a few nights before we check into OKW and we've stayed at several of the hotels along Hotel Boulevard, so I was wondering about the Regal Sun.

I just read that thread and WOW, I won't be staying there. What a shame they can't get their act together, they are in such a nice location.
