I haven't heard anything either. A couple of months ago, I called my guide and left a voicemail message asking what was going on. A week or so later, I got a voicemail back saying not to worry, everything would be taken care of.
My guess is they are much more interested in selling and closing the extensions than in completing the paperwork on the people who decline. I guess as long as we haven't signed the paperwork, we're still "prospects." Obviously, generating new revenue is more important that tidying up loose ends.
If they're not worried about it, I'm not.
