Okay, so this is my first trip to DL that I am actually planning out, mainly because it is the only reason we are headed out to Cali!
Although Disney won't release this info yet because they are only up to August, I have read on two seperate "non-official" web sites that both Indiana Jones and the Haunted Mansion will be closed as of 9/2. Add the 2 year closure of Space Mt and there is no reason to visit DL for a first timer (it'll be my friends first trip)! So instead of heading out 9/17-9/21, we are going to brave the Labor Day crowds from 8/27 (my 30th BD!!!) - 8/31. Although it now considered value season, will we be facing obscene crowds? We'll be leaving the Sunday before Labor Day, so I am hoping it won't be too bad! Wish us the best!
