Refurbisment at Port Orleans,where & when?

Although I have been hoping to stay at the AKL on our next visit,I am considering PO as a less expensive alternative. I remember reading about parts of it being closed for refurbisment,is anything closed now? I am most interested in Riverside(have allready stayed at French Quarter,loved it but might as well try something new).Is all of Riverside open? Have some buildings been redone,others not? Please help!

I'm not quite sure what's going on exactly at POR, but I read somewhere that all the Magnolia Bend mansions are done being renovated, and they are starting on the Alligator Bayou rooms right now. Of course, you could always just go back to French Quarter, whose rooms are all completely renovated.
