Hi can anyone let me know
1) what the difference between a hard refurbishment is vs just a refurbishment?
2) how is the construction affecting AoA and Pop Century? Are there areas if those resorts that are quieter?

I know in DVC, it was soft goods refurbishment vs hard goods.
Soft was bedding, curtains.. other "soft" materials
Hard was soft + furniture, flooring, etc.

1. Hard goods means everything is redone. Soft goods is just bedding and paint.

2. AoA isn't being affected much at all. Pop is in a refurb right now but will be completed next year.

2) The construction is the building of the Gondola station that will be located middle of the lake between the two. It will really depend on when you are going as to how much you would be impacted as it depends on what stage they are at. I would look at maps and building locations and decide for yourself what to request to be away from the bridge/lake area.

Even then I don't think the work on the bridge will have a huge impact on guests.
