Maybe you need to talk to DVC about not depositing so many SSR 1 BRs into RCI now.

Hope this is not for holiday dates… Availabillity is non-existent for Holiday Week… Since DVD has not officially declared all Riviera Resort , are they depositing these cash rooms also?
And yet they tell us it is necessary to restrict 50% borrow rule

im wondering the same thing. This article doesn’t mention huge dollars but I thought the suit was for more. A $50k or $100& lawsuit would likely be negligible with dues but if it were millions it would likely be an extra few bucks in dues. I wish the association would give updates on the legal proceedings to owners but I can’t remember if the suit was against the association or the Disney development Corp.

No, Disney does not deposit holiday weeks into RCI. And my comment was meant as a joke response to someone who seemed to want people not to realize how nice SSR is now in order to preserve good availability at SSR for themselves.

SSR owners already paid for it. They paid for it to be up to code when they bought it "new."
