Refurbished HANDICAP Rooms in Saratoga Springs (Specifically Studios)

Are there ANY DIFFERENCES with the new Handicap Studio Rooms in Saratoga Springs? If ANYONE HERE has been able to stay/know anything about the new rooms, Can y’all answer my 2 questions.

1. Did they remove that annoying wall in the entryway with a half table coming out of it so that it’ easier for a scooter to navigate around?

2. Did Disney install automatic door openers in ALL the handicap rooms?

I would also like to know if they moved the main closet from being 12 inches from the bed?

ETA did they put a plug in the entryway so you can park and charge a scooter there?

Groot--I am not remembering this wall you are talking about-- do you mean the wall for the kitchenette?

The wall with that half table built in. It’s there as soon as you enter the room. (I know that it exists in the 1 and 2 bedroom units, not sure about studios tho.

Actually, since Saratoga is a DVC only resort, you should ask on the DVC Resorts thread. Look for the SSR resort specific thread.
