Has any one tried to get a refund from TTC. We had to cancel due to Sept.11 we could not get a flight (airports closed) and rented a car to get back to NY. I spoke to them 3 times and they sad that thr $ would be returned. That was 3 weeks ago. I can't be the only one and hey its 40.00

3 weeks is a fairly short time for any company to process a refund. Most companies say to give 6 - 8 weeks to recieve your refund. I'm not saying this is TTC's policy, just mentioning that 3 weeks is a short time.

Did you pay TTC up front ? when we called and made res. for Nov. they did not mention paying until we were picked up. Pleas let me know. Thanks

On a round trip booking, you pay for both ways when you arrive at the hotel. I assume the original poster arrived before Sept 11, paid for the round trip, but then did not use the return trip since they drove home instead of flying.

On one of my trips that I used Tiffany, I used a credit card. The driver keeps a little imprint machine in the glove compartment to make a copy of your card. Maybe a good idea since you could then file a dispute with the credit card co if something goes wrong with the return trip to the airport.
