Refund SeaWorld tickets?

We prepurchased Sea World tickets for what was supposed to be a first trip ever to Disney & Sea World with my In-laws. We were all so excited to go.....BUT, my father in law had a stroke this week and they are cancelling their part of the trip. Does anyone know if we can get a refund for the tickets? We dont want to go to Sea World without our in-laws since they were the ones that wanted to originally go. We cant save the tickets until next year since they will expire in July 2009. We wouldnt be going back until December 2009 (if we go)

Sorry to hear about your fil, hopefully he's feeling better! Have you tried calling their customer service line? Or maybe try Ebay?

Thanks for the concern. My FIL is doing better but it will be a long recovery. He has been in rehab for about 2 weeks & making slow progress. Hopefully he can get to a point where we can reschedule the trip. They dont know what they are missing!!

I am happy to say that I called Seaworld customer service and explained to them what happened and they refunded us everything no questions asked, no penalties, no cancellation charge. I was so grateful for that.
