Refund on OTU points?

Happy for you but that is not something that should be inconsistent.

I totally agree. I don't understand why there is such inconsistency within a Company like Disney/DVC.

I was also able to add the OTU points to a home resort stay. I booked AKL at 11 months for January. It’s now in the 7 month window with availability for the room I booked - they applied the OTU points to it and returned some borrowed points to 2021 (June UY).

That was a good point. If any of the nights are available they will do it. Glad it got done for you too,
