We received our new contracts today for our 265 pts and VGC. It looks like we were given the $88/pt. Thanks to all who helped with my previous question on this. Now a new question. Our guide said they would send us a check for the difference b/t initial purchase (cash) and the new contract. She said it may take "awhile". How long is "awhile"? I asked and she said within a couple of weeks. Has anyone else received a refund check when doing new contracts and if so, how long did it take? Our member #s did change which I didin't expect, so I hope our Oct. reservation is still OK. I'll call on that. Thanks in advance to any info on the refund.

The processing time varies with their work load. Your Guide would be the best source for this information.

origianlly sent the first contract back about 2 wks ago. Gave the deposit for the first contract sometime the very end of May.

Lucky for you since you're a recent purchase. I'm sure those of us that purchased Jan - Mar are just out of luck.

Our contracts are now showing in the loan & dues info on DVC member site with payment date starting in August, so it looks like they've finally closed.
