Refrigs at BW?

WE just returned from BW and was wondering id anyone had a problem with the refrigerators? We had a one bedroom with an adjoining studio where my mom was. In the morning we woke up to find everything in the refrig was frozen in Both of our refrigerators. I could see one but both? My son gets an injection every evening and the meds needs to be refrigerated. This is why we were concerned. The setting was in the middle on both of them and afterwards we lowered it even more down to a two. We called engineering who came while we were out but it didn't help that we lost a considerable amount of things that we had to replace like milk.
