Are the refrigerators for the rooms those tiny square dorm size ones, or slightly bigger?

If you're talking about the ones you can rent for $10.65 per day (that includes the tax), then yes, they are the cube size ones.

Tiny dorm size.

You could bring a soft sided cooler from home and keep it filled with ice. If you can get to a grocery store, they have the Styrofoam coolers for a couple dollars. We do this sometimes too.
