Refrigerators at the All Stars??

I know that we can request a refrigerator at AS Movies. Just wondering if they are still charging for them? Or, have they now been installed in even the value resorts???

Anyone been there recently and have a refrigerator experience to share???

I've read that they have only put refrigerators in the deluxe and moderates at no charge. All the budget hotels will still need to request one for their room and will be charged.
