refrigerator requests

i just read in my new passporter that refrigerators are available at no charge. is this true and when did the policy change?? i'm almost sure that they used to charge a fee. i have a 2 yo dd that drinks tons of milk so this would definitely be a good idea for us. who should i call to request one and can i do it now or when i check in?? thanks

Only for moderate and deluxe resort - value resorts you still need to pay. This was put into effect in the fall.
