Refrigerator Rental:$15 Does it have a freezer portion?

Refrig rental I believe is $15 per night at UnivHotels...

Does it have a freezer portion? Is the fridge cold enough? Have read alot of reports that fridges at Disney are too warm!

Might be worth it with the price of soft drinks at Universal! Thx.

Are you renting for medical reasons? The fee is usually waived if that is the case. And I was told that club rooms have refridgerators.

But....conflicting reports say that the fridges in the room are not true fridges.

Club rooms do not have fridges. They do have the standard minibar "fridge", but as mentioned, it is not a true fridge, more like a cooler.

As I sit in my room at HRH and look at my fridge (free for medicine) it does have a small freezer compartment, but I'm not sure if it freezes.

I just made our reservations for HRH for the end of August on line. I then called the hotel requesting a fridge because the meds my daughter is on have to be kept cold. They told me the cost would be $15.00 a day. They didn't give me any break on the cost.

Should I call back and ask again? We are staying at the club level.

I would ask to speak to the manager, they should give you fridge free of charge if you have medical needs. HTH
