Correct, you only need to present one room card from which the credits will be deducted. However, if more than one family is present (i.e., different rooms/reservations), then each family will need to present a card associated with their room/reservation.

Yes, unless your family is staying in different rooms, under different room reservation numbers. If that is the case you must present one key card from each room.

Tips are not included with the DDP. You have to pay them yourself, cash, credit or charge to your room on your KTTW card.
