Refillablw mugs?

I keep reading about refillable mugs and I was wondering what they are and where they can be used? I have only been to Disney once before and we stayed on property, but did not hear anything abou this.

The refillable mugs are the plastic insulated type that have a handle and lid and hold about 20 oz. Each resort has their own theme printed on them. In 1997 I bought mine at Dixie Landings now known as Port Orleans - French Quarter. At that time if you bought this mug for $7.95 you could get free refills as long as you have the cup.
