refillable mugs

We went to Disney's Vero Beach resort last year and purchased 2 refillable mugs. Are they the same mugs you purchase at the resorts in Disney world?

We were in Vero last July and got refillable mugs. We were at WDW at Saratoga Springs just in February and the same mugs. Assuming they haven't changed them since February or July in the case of Vero, they are the same (both sets of ours were the pool scene - looks just like the Vero pool IMO - with the characters).
