Refillable Mugs

We will be at Disneyland in June for the first time. Do the resorts have the refillable mugs like at WDW?

Nope, no refillable mugs at DL. Sorry, I wish there were.

If I remember correctly, there is a refillable mug that you can buy at White Water Snacks in the Grand Californian and at a single location in each of the other Disney Hotels (don't know exactly where) Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the mug is a smaller 16oz(?) and is refillable for free at any of the three stores where the mug can be purchased. And is good for life.

I dont recall any refillable mugs. Although we weren't really looking in april so who knows! I do like them at WDW and have several from diff hotels

This question pops up every now and then on this board and if I remember correctly, there used to be (2006? 2007?) refillable mugs at WWS, but there are no longer.

Things might have changed, but I have never seen a truly refillable cup anywhere, not even at WWS. In fact it was at WWS where I decided to use, and pay for the refill, my "souvenir" mug/cup, and they felt the need to be VERY clear that I wasn't getting a bit of a discount. Since I had told them "and the 2 cups of coffee", or something like that, I felt that was obnoxious (don't you hate when you state something up front but the person isn't listening?), but I paid the same for my cup as for hubby's disposable cup. While there I also determined that the mug/cup was the same number of ounces as the disposable cup. Just had to make sure!

Anyway, at a station where you are putting in the liquid you can surely use a souvenir cup, but you're not going to get a discount.

I bought a refillable mug at WWS in the GCH last August. It is identical to the refillable mugs we had from WL in WDW, except different colour and logo. It wasn't full price though. I think it was only about $6? or so. I bought it even thought we weren't staying there and I wouldn't be hauling it around with me to refill it at all. Just a nice mug to keep. I'm wondering if they were clearing them out

As others have said, they used to have them at WWS but they have been discontinued for a while now.

Well, $6 is about the cost of the souvenir cups. Mine is YOMD blue with Mickey and Minnie on it (or maybe just Minnie?). Hubby has one in a Jack Skellington theme. They're about 5.95 and include your first coffee or cocoa free. But they aren't refillable for free.

We definately had refillable cups from WWS when we were there and they were only for refills there, you could not refill anywhere else. However that was years ago, actually 5 years ago as we went for DS's 5th birthday and it is his 10th birthday this year, but they were definately there back then. I still have them sitting in my cupboard. Pity they don't have them any longer, love those refillable mugs!
