Refillable mugs with split stay?

We plan to get refillable mugs for our stay, as we did use them a fair bit last time when they were included on the dining plan. We are staying at YC for 10 nights and then move to GF for 2 nights. Please can someone tell me whether the mugs can be used for our full 12 nights or will we need to buy new ones at GF? Many thanks

yes but they don’t refill it. They give you a new non-refillable cup

They do. You show it to the CM at the refill station and they will give you up to 2 paper cups. So my husband and I could show our mug and then each get a cup of our favorite beverage. Worked out wonderfully!

At the bottom of this post is the description for resort refillable mugs in the Disney website menu for Contempo Cafe. Our last few trips we've purchased mugs at our hotel, tossed them in our backpack, and used them whenever we've left a park for a meal at a nearby resort quick service (for example, on MK days we sometimes hop on the monorail and have lunch at Gasparilla at Grand Floridian). Regardless of the number of nights you've booked, the cup is usually programmed to work for 2-3 weeks, and I'm guessing that if you were staying longer you could have it extended.
