Refillable Mugs Purchased at Select Resorts May Now Be Used at both Disney Water Parks

This is certainly interesting, if you purchase a refillable mug at either Animal Kingdom Lodge or Coronado Springs, the mug will also work at both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

What about the other Disney Resorts?

Wow! It appears it is because of construction at those hotels according to the article but I sure wish they could do that at other hotels. Probably not gonna happen though. I guess they have a way to program those chips different than the ones at other hotels.

Yes, I meant to come back over to this thread and post. Appears it's a benefit they're offering for guests at CSR because of the construction and its being offered for guests at AKL because the main pool is closed for rehab.

Because more people go to the water parks in summer and would use them there - just kidding.
Actually I saw soft drinks are going up to $4 at quick services now. I won’t be buying any soda in the parks. Only the mugs at the resort and using them there.
