refillabel mugs--revisited

Okay, I keep reading about the refillable mugs. We'll be staying at BCV and will be able to buy these mugs. My question: Can they be filled inside the parks or only in and around the resort properties?

They are only re-fillable at your resort - not the parks. You can carry them into the parks, of course... But you can't fill them with anything except maybe the water from the water fountains.
