Refill on Popcorn Bucket?

Can someone tell me what the current policy is for refilling a Disney Popcorn bucket? Is the refill a cheaper price? Can you take the bucket to a different park and get it refilled?

The only bucket you could get refilled in the past was the caramel corn bucket at Sleepy Hollow. But they did away with that a few years ago. I used to save my buckets and bring them back on another trip to get the refill.

You could get a box of popcorn and dump it into the bucket you already have.

I've seen so many strollers with popcorn buckets attached, I thought I must be missing a deal to refill it. Oh well!

My mom always gets one then just buys a regular size popcorn box to refil it. That way we can keep the popcorn fresh and dry the rest of the day and have something to snack on later.

We usually have a stroller with a bucket attached. We get a bucket because it's easier for the kids to reach into. A box is much more likely to collapse when an excited 2 year old reaches into it.

(Though we too have refilled our bucket with a purchased box of popcorn)
