Refering someone ?

Can I call DVC and give them the name of a person interested in looking into DVC? Or do I give the person the number to call DVC? How does actually referring someone work? Thanks,

You can call your guide and tell them if the people dont mind you doing that and that way you know that you will as a referral. I have referred some and even though we were given as a referral it was not put into the system from the other guide and we did not get the referral. We had to call and have that straightened out.
So which ever way is fine but it might be best like I said if it is okay with the other people that you would call your guide or just give them your guides name.
