referal bonus?

Hi, we have moved from SC to PA and were not eligible for the referal bonus in SC, are we eligible here in PA? Also, what does it get you if someone you refer purchases DVC?

We received two hundred disney dollars for our referal. I'm not sure about PA though.

When we bought, we gave names of people we know from PA. But I saw in the fine print of referral literature that PA is not eligible. What a bummer....
