RedWeek rental question (who do you rent from?)

Hi I have always received great info from this board and am hoping someone can help. I am looking for timeshare rentals and have been researching RedWeek. One name comes up for Marriott Cypress Harbor, Sable Palm, and the Sheraton vistana resort and Sheraton Village. I am not sure if this is allowed but has anyone ever rented through John Tan 101? Trying to make sure this is OK. Thanks.
