Redeeming photopass cd on mydisneyphotopass?

Does anyone know how to redeem a pre-ordered photopass cd on the new mydisneyphotopass site? If I go to the old disneyphotopass site the credit shows up in my cart but none of my pictures from our trip are linked to that site since we were using our magic bands. Any help is appreciated.

When you got your PP package in the mail, did you get the instructions page/letter in the pack?

If you did, take a look at it. There should be a redemption code provided in there.

When you finish your edits in mydisneyphotopass site and head to the checkout, place the order for the CD. There should be a field for you to enter a code. If you enter the redemption code in this field, it will apply the discount at the checkout and the CD will come up as $0.00.

I ordered the package back in Oct and haven't seen a package your referring to. All I have is my email confirmation where it confirmed my purchase. Wonder if I need to call them.

Sounds like you might need to call or drop them an email. Hope you get it resolved.

You need to call and ask them to move the credit to the new site. I had bought mine on the old and I called. They moved it to the new one.
