Redeeming Disney Visa reward $$$$

We have a Disney Visa and earned our reward dollars, but somehow we forgot to get a rewards card(they wouldnt do it online for some reason and they wont talk to me since I am not the primary cardholder) Anyway, they said that if we did not have enough time to get the card we could redeem it at Downtown Disney and get a rewards card on the spot. Anyone know anything about this...and where exactly to do this? Thanks!

Just go to one of the DD Guest Relations offices - the CMs there will help you. There is one location in the MarketPlace and one on the West Side. Both are open quite late in the evening - until at least 11 pm. You can look at the maps of DD when you arrive to find the exact locations.
