redeeming disney rewards for nondisney places

sorry if this question has been asked before, but I have 242 disney reward dollars sitting in my account unredeemed- I thought I had read when I enrolled that I could trade them in for nondisney places like target or walmart. but I have long since lost that literature- can anyone fill me on in how to redeem my disney reward dollars for nondisney places- especially any gas stations or places like meijer that have gas stations attached to them

sorry if I wasn't clear- I don't know exactly how to phrase it-

I have the disney visa and I have accumulated 242 reward dollars from purchases but have not done anything with them yet. and would like to knw what else I can use them for other than disney stuff

I googled Disney Visa Rewards. There are several websites that explain how to redeem your "Disney Rewards". Besides using them at WDW or Disneyland you can also use them to purchase Disney toys, DVDs, music, books, games at Participating Retailers and to go to the movies at Participating Theaters.

Both Target and Wal-Mart are listed as Participating Retailers if you want to buy a Disney toy, DVD, book or game.

I don't have that credit card so maybe someone else can tell you if they have figured out a way to use it on non-Disney items.
