Red X in signature

I’m using the disstickers site to create my signatures but it is still showing red x. Am I using the wrong format? When I click on my actual signature it looks right. I’d like to know what I’m doing wrong because I have another vacation to put in there for November

Tickers and such from that site have been problematic for quite a while.
