Red Lion???

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with staying at the Red Lion and if anyone knows how long it takes to walk to Disney from there?

I have stayed at the Red Lion a few times, and never had any issues. There were times I wold get great rates I could not pass up, and we always enjoyed our stay. It is about 1/3 of a mile to the Esplanade. The walk was less than 10 minutes. The Toy Story Parking lot is right behind the hotel. It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the TS shuttles, so you always have that option too with a little less walking (but more waiting).
