Recycling Real Blueprints?

Does anyone know if you can recycle real blueprints or not? I don't know if the ammonia makes them a no-no

I tried googling this, but it was totally unhelpful, and I wouldn't know who to call.

Wow...I remember making blueprints 'back in the day'! What a stink!

I will assume that the prints are old and any ammonia, used as a developer, has long since dissipated. Put them in the recycling bin.
