Ok, here is what we have so far. I feel like I've covered the important characters for us, and now we want some really good food, but don't want to give up an extra ts to do so (we will probably use all of ours due to when our flight leaves on the last day.) We are staying at Kidani Village, and will be going back most days for naps. So, we can either eat en route back to a park in the evening, or eat in a park. I just don't want to spend a ton of time traveling just to eat. My kids are 5 and 20 months and eat a wide variety (and really have more grown-up tastes.)

Mon. - Akershus
Tues. - Tusker House
Wed. - 1900 Park Fare
Thur. - Mama Melrose
Friday- ??
Sat. - ???
Sun - ??? Breakfast or lunch

You don't have BOMA listed, I would do that on your last day for breakfast. Maybe you could hand around, relaxing at the resort and swimming and not have to worry about getting around WDW.
Where were you planning to be on Friday and Saturdey? In a park, DTD, around the resort?
My kids really enjoyed Biergarten.

Magic Kingdom and Epcot both days - not sure what order - it will depend on ADR.

I see you have a DD celebrating her 5th birthday! I would highly recommend CRT! Every little princess must have a meal in the castle! We've been twice, for dinner and for lunch and we LOVED both times! It's quite the experience for little girls and for little girls at heart! I had a blast!

As for other suggestions at MK and Epcot for kids - I didn't enjoy Coral Reef at all, it was gross actually, but a lot of people love it because of the tank. Just make sure you ask for a good seat. I didn't and I regretted it, we were all the way in the back and my kids couldn't see it at all and it kind of defeated the purpose.
We're doing Crystal Palace for breakfast in February and I hear wonderful things.
As for CS - Columbia Harbour House and Sunshine Seasons are our favorites!

My kids favorites have been:
Sci-Fi
CRT
H&V Playhouse Disney breakfast
Tusker House Breakfast
Chef Mickey dinner (only because of the characters, the meal was ok to good and the service was terrible).

I would perhaps add Crystal Palace (MK, characters).
Both my kids LOVED the Biergarten so much last time we're headed back there again. OK, we all loved it. I'd like to try Restaurant Marrakesh sometime...
O'hana would be a good choice. Good food, close to MK and some entertainment for the kids.
The Wave at Contemporary would be convenient to MK.

I would do Boma for dinner. The breakfast is good, but the dinner is outstanding and has something for everyone.

CP is OK for buffet food, and good for character interaction, but would not be a top choice for me for food quality.

The monorail resorts have lots of good choices and are just a short hop from MK -- we love Kona and Cali Grill. I also like CPT Cooks (CS at Poly)

At EPCOT, we like Le Cellier and for CS Tangierine Cafe and Sunshine Seasons. We are going to try Tutto Italia next week.

Tutto Italia has good food and oustanding service (it's pretty good when you can have a server fill your drink before it's 1/2 empty). I also think Tangerine Cafe is great, Norway (Kringla Og Bakeri) has good food too. Chefs de France has good food too!
