The
Sweet Tomatoes restaurant is all-you-can-eat good, healthy food. Use the "Orlando 1" location on Kirkman Road as this is in a good area and closer to Disney (and Universal).
My neighborhood has the
Market Street Cafe with family-oriented food and prices. If you would like to try something different, their veggie burger is homemade and it is amazing (except for Sunday nights -- different chef I guess?). I highly recommend this place for families for lunch or dinner.
For Japaneese food, try
Seito Sushi. The Celebration location will be closer, but both are good places. To get affordable food, try the
lunch box specials on the last page. The chicken teriyaki is excellent at $7.95. Be sure to go for lunch as prices will almost double for dinner.
These are just a few I can think of right away; Orlando is loaded with offsite restaurants, both one-of-a-kinds and chains. You won't have any problem finding them on International Drive, route 192, or the Millennia Mall.
P.S. If you want to keep either the Market Street Cafe or Seito menus, please download them to your PC, as this web space may only be temporary.
