Recommendations for a large group?

We will have 6 adults and 4 kids, looking for a Grand Villa but know they are not as available as other villas(would rent through DVC to save $$).

If we can't get a grand villa or treehouse villa what would you all recommend to fit us all? We really like the idea of having the living room space to hang out after the kids go to bed, they are only 9, 5, and twin 4's.

Looking for ideas, I am all over the map I cannot decide! Ideal location would be on the monorail....

I think the treehouse villas only sleep 8-9. On the monorail is a good idea. They are newer so they tend to run a bit smaller except for GF. I think those are supposed to be huge. That would be a great experience. Off of the monorail, I suggest OKW. Lots of space

Treehouse Villas sleep 9 people over the age of 3, so would not work for OP's group -- you're right.

Your options for that group are:

• A grand villa at Animal Kingdom, Bay Lake Tower, Boardwalk, Old Key West, Grand Floridian
• Multiple units at almost any DVC property, probably a 2BR and a Studio (most 2BRs accommodate 8; a studio typically holds 4/5)
