Recommendation for best ECV rental

What do you recommend for best ECV rental? I will be riding most of time as I cannot do much walking or standing, but I am mobile, so at points I will want to ditch the chair and stretch my legs. I have lupus, and have mobile issues. I am tall (about 5'11) and I'm not a skinny minnie, so I want something that is going to hold up and be comfortable, but I also want something that is easy to disassemble for the bus trips and the room and has a relatively decent battery life. And for the battery how do you handle that? Ask for two batterys? I can't imagine one of those chairs, even the best ones, will run all day on one charge, and I don't want to have to be waiting somewhere a long time for it to recharge.

I do plan on renting offsite, so suggestions for the best model at your favorite off-site company for my specific issues, greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind we also have a 4 year old so I think my husband will be pushing a stroller for him too.

The disABILITIES FAQ thread pinned near the top of this forum has information about ECV rentals and lists of off-site vendors as well as some feedback from DISers.

You'll want an ECV that is appropriate for your weight -- and don't put yourself at the top-end of the weight limit; also allow for "extras" that you might carry such as water bottles, bags, etc. Using the right ECV will provide adequate battery life, using one that you are maxing out the weight limit will use up the battery faster. Will you be driving or using WDW transportation? If driving you'll want an ECV that comes apart for transport, ask the vendor which model is available. If you plan to use WDW transportation (buses, monorails, boats) then you'll simply drive the ECV on without need to disassemble it.
