Recommend DTD off-site hotel for on-site fans ?

I have been looking at the off-site hotels which are walkable to DTD.

Regal Sun looks like a far walk to DTD and the bus stop has no covering
The Hilton looks too expensive - we could stay at a WDW Moderate for less money and more benifits.

What about Double-Tree suites - 1/2 mile away from Pleasure Island area and bus stops in DTD ?

Where else is walkable to DTD ?

We need a room for 2 adults and 2 teens.
The pool should be a decent size (I know - no slides at DTD hotels)
There should be at least a refigerator in the rooms.
A balcony would be a plus over a WDW moderate.

Please recommend a DTD hotel for us.

double tree suites are futher walking to DD than Regal Sun.

of course this doesn't help much - when the map does not list where the hotels are located.

double tree suites and on the other side - Best western LBV - are the furthest from DD - everything else is closer.
