Recommend A Hotel Sea World/ Downtown Disney...

I'm looking for first hand information from former guest or Orlando residence it regard to one of the moderately priced hotels close to Sea World. This will be the hotel we would want to stay at for three nights.

During this time we will go to Sea World and Downtown Disney with the kids (DD5, DD2). We are not looking for a super luxury hotel since we will continue our trip by checking in at the PR and the AKL. We currently have reservations at the Hawthorne Suites 2 Bedroom but are hearing it is clean but sort of run down, so we thought we would review this choice to see if it can hold it's own against other close-by options.

Anyone have any thoughts you would share or advise?
