I know there are some places that rent strollers for larger children and was wondering if anyone had recommendations.
I have a 6 yr old who just had emergency surgery for a hernia. It was more involved than expected for this type of surgery and I anticipate that he will still have some soreness in the abdominal and groin area when we go down in 2 wks. So I'm looking for a reclining stroller that will fit his size (50 lbs).
The previous times we have gone, we have just used a regular McClaren stroller because he also has leg problems. Worked really well and we planned on that again but with the abdominal soreness, I would prefer a reclining one and since we really don't need another stroller for home, I don't want to buy one - besides, the reclining ones are so bulky, I don't know if it will fit in the car for the ride down.
Thanks!
