Recipes for Pumpkin Muffins and cream puffs....Help

Hi all,
I recently saw a recipe for pumpkin muffins made with a spice cake mix. Went out, bought the pumpkin (canned) and the spice cake mix and now can't find the original recipe....can anyone help? I "think" that it had to be in one of my many magazines that I subscribe to...but I have recently thrown a bunch away.

I am also looking for a good cream puff recipe with the chocolate on top...

I was going to post on the cooking section, but it doesn't seem that many people go there and most post here for things.

If it is the same recipe I am thinking of, it is just the pumpkin mix and the spice cake mix...no other ingredients. Bake until done. You can also make it with devils food cake mix. That is how I usually make them.

Yes you did....I did make the muffins, except I had purchased a larger size can of pumpkin, so I just estimated half of the can and added about a Tablespoon more water because they were really thick...put some cream chesse frosting on them and they are in the fridge now waiting for Survivor to come on. I haven't tried them yet (but the batter was pretty good)

I LOVE those pumpkin spice muffins! When word came out last fall about the potential pumpkin shortage this year, I went to the grocery store and loaded up on as many cans as I could carry so I wouldn't run out. I think my mom bought 2-3 cases of pumpkin herself.

For the chocolate ones, I think I used a double- or triple-chocolate cake mix, as I wanted to keep any pumpkin flavor from sneaking through. They were WONDERFUL.

Yes i am...... On a lighter note, the muffins were not that bad, pretty good actually.....Thanks again for the recipe....by the way, I decided to freeze the remainder of the pumpkin so I can make these again w/o having to go to the store.
