Recipe wanted for Coconut puffs @ Boma

We are huge fans of the Boma (especially breakfast). Does anyone have a recipe for the Coconut puffs that they serve on the buffet? I am doing a continental breakfast spread for Christmas morning and would love to add them. I have found recipes for Frunch, Scones, etc, but no luck on the Coconut puffs.

You're very welcome.....when you get the recipe, please post it since they do sound delicious......I don't recall seeing them on the buffet last week when we were there.....
