Recipe: Olivia's potatoes

Hi - DH absolutely loves Olivia's potatoes and I'm trying to find a recipe for them. Does anyone know where I could find it? We're having a party for his family and he's decided he wants to serve it and I have no idea how to make them. Any ideas?

I've never seen a recipe for potatoes from Olivia's at any of the sites with Disney recipes. Are they similar to the mashed potatoes from Chef Mickey's or Le Cellier - i.e. cheesy? Or more like the potatoes from Cinderella's Royal Table or the Princess breakfast at Akershus? I also have a recipe for garlic mashed potatoes that I think is from the Yacht Club.

Let me know if you'd like any of those to try.
