Recipe needed please?

Does anyone have a recipe for Marmalade Ice Cream? We are having a large (10 guests) dinner party next Friday and I want to make some to go with Crepes Suzettes - as we had in Gary Rhodes Restaurant on Arcadia last month. I've looked in his books but can't find it anywhere.

Thanks Netty. I've tried the BBC one and it doesn't taste much like ice cream - but I'm going to give the other one a try today.
