recipe for whispering canyon cafe mashed potatoes?

We went to the Whispering Canyon Cafe during our last trip and I fell in love with those mashed potatoes. Does anyone have a recipe for the potatoes that they serve there? TIA!

Sorry, this is one recipe I don't have. Have you tried emailing them for the recipe? I don't have a direct address for WL, but have gotten an answer when using the Contact Us link on the WDW site.
