Recieved PIN with a mailer for saving up to 30 Percent from 5/24 - 8/14

We received a mailer with telling us to Drop in again and save at WDW Resert with up to 30 percent off select Disney Resorts. We had already made reservations at the Poly for 8/4-8/11, and I gave the pin to my TA, and we received 5 percent off.

I'm happy with the five percent, but I thought it would have been at least 10 percent.

Just wondering if anyone else has used this pin and what percentage did you save and what resort.

Usually the deluxe resorts have a higher discount rate.
Did you already have some type of discount on the room (aaa?), so that when she changed to the new discount it only changed it a bit? Or were you previously paying rack rate and only received 5%?
